Electroplating machines

Electroplating or Galvanisation is a process of depositing a thin layer of metal onto a metal object using an electroplating machines. The electroplating process involves immersing the metal object to be plated, called the “workpiece,” into a solution containing ions of the metal to be plated. The workpiece is connected to the negative terminal of a DC power source, and a piece of the covering metal called the “anode,” is connected to the positive terminal. When the power is turned on, the metal ions in the solution are attracted to the workpiece and deposited on its surface, forming a thin layer of the plated metal.
